The Barn style is ideal for anyone with medium storage needs or someone who needs a secure place to store their excess stuff. This traditional style looks great in any backyard setting and easily matches the different outdoor decor. The Cook Barn is a functional, low-profile building.

8′ x 12′
Choose the 8-foot Barn to hold gardening tools, pool supplies, a small riding or push mower or other small storage needs.

10′ x 10′, 10′ x 12′, 10′ x 14′, 10′ x 16′
Select the 10-foot Barn to hold power equipment, large mowers, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and to meet all medium storage needs. 

12′ x 12′, 12′ x 14′, 12′ x 16′
Pick the 12-foot Barn to store large items like outdoor furniture, grills, bikes and all-terrain vehicles.

• The peak of the 12′ wide building is about 9′.
• The interior sidewall height is 3’ 6”.
• Eight-foot wide buildings include a 48″ single door with a 46″ opening.
• Ten and twelve-foot wide buildings include 34″ double doors with a 66″ opening.
• Twelve-foot wide buildings are measured eave to eave.
• The standard floor includes 5/8″ treated decking and floor joists 16″ on center with a weight limit of 40 lbs. per sq. ft.
